Our Policy lasts 14 Days, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Any item that has Pet Hair on it will not be accepted. We will not offer an exchange with pet hair attached to the item.
